DELHI SUBORDINATE SERVICES SELECTION BOARD
Delhi Subordinate Service Selection Board (DSSSB) is an exam conducting body under the departments of the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCT of Delhi) for DSSSB MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTOR and various other posts. Its objective is to recruit suitable candidates for the Group “B” and Group “C” categories of posts, both Teaching and Non-teaching.
The Board has been incorporated with the purpose of recruiting capable, competent, highly skilled individuals by conducting written tests, professional tests and personal interviews wherever as desired. The Board shall hereby committed to develop selection and recruitment procedures that confirm to the global standards in testing, and promise selections by all fair means, of the most competent, capable, and skilled individuals for user departments.

MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTOR (TIER- 1):

Essential:
- Minimum General Educational qualification of a pass in 10th standard.
- A Diploma in Auto Mobile Engineering (3 years course) or a diploma in Mechanical Engineering awarded by the State Board of Tech. Education (3 years course).
- Must hold a driving license authorizing him to drive Motor Cycle, LMV and heavy goods vehicle and heavy passenger vehicles.
- Any qualification in either of the above disciplines declared equivalent by the Central Govt./State Government.
Experience Essential:
Working experience of at least five years in a reputed automobile workshop which undertakes repairs of both light motor vehicles, heavy motor vehicles, heavy goods and passenger vehicles fitted with petrol and diesel engine.
Pay Scale:
Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-
Age Limit:
25 – 32 years. (relaxation will be given as per the note regarding age relaxation).
